Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you need to return an item, please review our refund and return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please note that certain items, such as mattress, lamps, lighting, mirrors and other decorative items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.

Return Process

All returns will incur a return collection fee (refer below) and a restocking fee of 5% from the item(s) amount, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective/damaged item. In such cases, please contact our customer support team, and we will provide instructions for the return shipping process.

You can make the arrangements for the return yourself. Please include a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase inside the package and ensure it is securely package to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend using a reputable shipping service with tracking and insurance.

Return Collection Fee
Klang Valley RM400 per trip
Outstation (Perak, Penang, Melaka, Johor, Pahang, Kedah, Terengganu, Perlis, Kelantan) RM600 per trip
Return collection and restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order.

Refund Options

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria and you are also bound to the following conditions:

  • The item must be purchased from DUK and/or have not been customised.
  • The return item cannot be used to exchange for another size or another colour or another material. You are not eligible for a return if you have ordered the wrong size, type, colour or material of the item(s).
  • Only applicable to all new orders and limited to a one time return per order.
  • Returned item should be in reasonably good condition without any damage or stained.

If the item is eligible for a refund, we will process the refund based on the original payment method within 5 -7 business days. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

The original shipping fee and installation fees are non-refundable.

If we are unable to reach you or receive a response regarding your return request after the 30 days return period, we regret to inform that you will no longer be eligible for a return and refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a wrong or defective item, you should refuse to accept such items upon delivery and return the items to the delivery person and reach out to our team immediately to provide them with details of the error or defect in your order. We may request photos or video evidence of the damage or defect to assess the situation accurately.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund for the damaged or defective item. Our customer support team will guide you through the appropriate resolution process.

Please ensure and confirm the quantity and quality of your delivered order immediately upon receiving your order from our third-party logistics provider.

Changes to the Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update our refund and return policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website. We encourage you to review the policy periodically to stay informed about your rights and our practices.
